LBMM – Low-Budget Maintenance Management
About Us – The LBMM Team
We have been
working in maintenance management for over 10 years, primarily within
multinational corporations. Our experience has exposed us to the complete
monitoring of maintenance costs, strict accountability for maintenance
personnel’s time, and the optimization of repair and maintenance windows to
their absolute limits. Our focus has always been on eliminating machine-related
scrap and inefficiencies, ensuring that production remains seamless.
Operating in a
just-in-time manufacturing environment, where no warehouse stock is kept, has
required us to adapt quickly. Our work has been centered around direct-to-truck
production, where even a 1-2 hour downtime is unacceptable. At the same time,
long maintenance windows have become obsolete, forcing us to innovate
continuously to keep costs at an absolute minimum.
Our expertise
lies in applying Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles, but with the
emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the old systems have been disrupted.
Every industry player is now searching for new directions, and we are at the
forefront of this transformation.
Our Priorities
and Approach
- Rapid repair times to minimize downtime.
- Cost minimization without sacrificing quality.
- Reducing or even eliminating maintenance windows to maximize
efficiency.
- Full AI integration into every process.
- Continuous machine monitoring to prevent failures before they occur.
The Reality of
Today’s Industry
One of the
challenges we face is that today’s managers in multinational corporations are
not technical experts. Many decision-makers lack a deep understanding of engineering
and maintenance, focusing solely on output maximization and scrap reduction.
While these goals are critical, they often fail to address the root cause of
production issues, which frequently stem from machine malfunctions.
The Digital
War: The Future of Maintenance
We are
currently engaged in a digital war, where only the companies that minimize
costs and transition to AI-based systems as quickly as possible will survive.
The future of maintenance lies in predictive AI-driven solutions that not only identify
potential failures but also set intervention thresholds before breakdowns occur.
Companies that fail to adopt these cutting-edge technologies will face
increasing operational inefficiencies, rising costs, and a growing competitive
disadvantage. Our mission is to equip businesses with AI-powered maintenance
strategies that ensure reliability, cost efficiency, and a seamless production
flow in an ever-evolving industrial landscape.
